New Member from Denver, Colorado!
Hello Bigger Pockets community! My name is Lauren Moloney, I am 24 years old and a complete newbie both to Bigger Pockets, and real estate investing in general! I currently live in Denver, Colorado. I will be getting my Real Estate license in February in the hopes that a position in that field will help me to get a foot in the door. I am primarily interested in flipping properties, but I am also open to rental properties. I hope to purchase my first live-in flip by 25 years old. As of right now I am seeking as much education on the topic as possible!
