New Investor in Atlanta!!

Hell All,

I am a new investor here in Atlanta. Thus far I have attended seminars, paid for online training (biggest mistake ever), and even tried using bandit signs to find investors but none of them have seemed to work for me. I have read books as well but nothing is like actually speaking with other investors who can assist you on your way to achieving your goals.

I have basic knowledge about real estate laws and even the language that is used amongst agents.

My main interest as a beginner investor is to begin with wholesale deals, but I would love to renovate older homes, and then have a few properties under my name.

@Vincent House Welcome to BP, wholesaling is possible but not as easy as the gurus say. Let me know if you need anything.
