Hi All,

Just introducing myself.  I live in Myrtle Beach and work for the man... out of my home office.  I have started a Blog so as to document my 'Newbie' activities, joining here, what else...  Starting a Business, how it is structured, those sorts of things.  Once the branding is done, we will start evaluating deal and plan to wholesale and rehab.  If you like my blog, let me know, and be sure to connect with me.

Welcome. Your profession should be the source of all the private money you will need for deals.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers.
