Hi my name is Monique and I'm new to BP. In fact I'm new to real estate, I have 0 experience. I would love to start off wholesaling and make enough money to actually do a flip but I'm clueless...Helllppp! I have so many questions like where do I get the contracts, what do I ask the sellers, should I have my buyers lined up or do I find a seller first?
