Hi everyone,

I'm a newcomer to BP currently interested in expanding my knowledge on real estate investing with a goal of investing in my first rental property in 2015! I'm a mechanical engineer by day and budding investor by night. I found out about BP through J. Martin whom I met with another buddy at real estate seminar near San Jose, CA. 

I'm currently looking to expand my knowledge of real estate investing, in general, with an eye towards rental properties (mainly single-family units but definitely want to learn more about 2 and 4-family units).
