Hi all... New member from South Jersey

Hello. I am Teresa and am glad to have joined Bigger Pockets. i look forward to meeting like minded people both locally and in other markets.   I moved to the Philadelphia area 5 years ago, but most of my experience was in Arkansas.  I flipped 4 houses there and had 2 single family rentals personally plus my experience with my job (see profile).  I am now starting to invest in my local market and appreciate any and all pointers and tips anyone can give.
