Newbie From Eastern WA, Spokane, Pullman Area
Hello Everyone-
My name is Torry Shepherd and my wife and I are looking to get started with Real Estate Investing. We currently have a VERY low net worth, but hope to do wholesaling and fix & flips to get that turned around. Later I intend to look for cash-flow properties, but that is off on the horizon for now.
We are still working on developing a business plan, and intend to have that mapped out before we do any deals. We are starting with little cash available, so we are open to any ideas the community can help us with.
