Hello!

I am new to the forums, but have been reading this site nearly everyday for the last month and have already learned quite a bit. I live in Roswell, GA and am a partner in an LLC that bought our first (and currently only) property in Chamblee in September.

We are looking forward to expanding our portfolio in 2015 and have targeted the Athens area as a potential spot.  As an alumnus of UGA, this is appealing for many different reasons.

I look forward to becoming a part of the community and learning a bunch.
