Hello from South Jersey
Hello everyone. My name is Shane Robbins and I currently live in south jersey. I am a newbie to the real estate business. I have been wanting to flip houses for quite some time now. I am not sure what it is but I have recently decided its time to start getting more serious about it. I have been doing a lot of research online and everything kept leading me back to biggerpockets.com. I decided to join and hope to gain some knowledge and to engage with a lot of knowledgeable people. I have some experience in fixing up houses, I am what you could call a handyman. However my goal is to find a great deal on a single family home most likely from a wholesaler and rehab the property using sub contractors. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

Congratulations for joining the most valuable resource on real estate investing ever created. There are many books on investing and you should certainly read all of them. But for up to date information of what actual investors are doing in real time this site is unbeatable. Please ask any member for assistance, you will find every one on this forum willing to help.
