Hello from Tasmania Australia
I am a newbie. I live in the Huon Valley 30 minutes south of Hobart. I have 3 real estate offices with 22 employees. I have several investment properties & am currently building another at Kingston which is the fastet growing area in Tasmania. There are still some very good buys around even though we have just been through a boom. I love this industry & find that having investment in real estate is one of the safest areas for wealth production. I look forward to meeting several similar minded people in this site. :D
