Hi everyone! My my name is Andy Smith. I'm a 22 year old aspiring real estate investor in the Portland Oregon area. I have a background in property management and hold a degree in construction management. I am currently working for a construction management company.
I see real estate as an excellent investment vehicle considering my background and skill sets. I am interested in residential buy and hold properties. My goal is to create a source of passive income and wealth building. I am working toward making my first deal within the next year!
