Newbie from East Granby CT
Hi my name is Jannelle, just turned 37 and I am looking to become a profitable investor in real estate. I have live in CT most of my life, graduated from University of Hartford with a Bachelors in CS. I currently work in the Financial Services space, I work in information technology as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
I found this site through twitter, and was drawn to all the knowledge about real estate investing on this site. I am looking to grow my network and my knowledge on RE investing,
I specifically want to focus on rehabs, single family homes in the Northern Hartford County area right now, and then look to expand into rentals. I currently have a property that I rent but not at a profit (2008, 2009 got me). And yes I am still interested in the real estate market, that was part of my leaning experience :-).
I have learned a lot from the blogs, forums, and webinars on BP and look forward to learning much more. I also look forward to contributing in anyway I can.
