Hello Everyone 

I am very new to Bigger Pockets. I have listened to a few podcasts and this is my first time writing in the forum. I am in Tucson, AZ and would like to purchase my first Real Estate Investment Property sometime this year focusing on Single Family Rentals. As a newbie, is there any advice that the community would like to share with me?
