Hello BP - 

Longtime reader, first time poster. I'm an Atlanta native living near Decatur and I've always had an interest in Real Estate. Graduated from UGA with Finance and Real Estate degrees in 2010 and I've been working in the Consulting industry since graduation. Currently have 1 SFR investment outside of Atlanta and looking to expand the portfolio with other cashflow properties and/or flip opportunities. Thanks to the BP site for all the great info - the forums, podcasts and articles have been invaluable!
