I'm a newly licensed RE salesperson. I owned, operated, and sold a manufacturing business a few years ago. Since then I've messed around flipping houses up until two years ago when things started to turn. I've recently developed contacts with people who are direct w/ some major RE lenders. I have one offer on the table on a small REO tape now and would like to further develop yhis business line.
