Hello everyone,

I have read the site for quite some time and I have finally registered!  Great site, with great posts/information.  I learn something new every time I log on.  I am a recent college graduate that has real estate experience from a college internship and now I work for Drees Homes.  I would like to begin investing in multi-family properties by the end of this year.  If anyone is a realtor or considering purchasing a new construction home, let me know I can sell in any Drees Homes community.  Look forward to reading everyone's posts and learning from all of you.  Thank you for your time and reading my post.
