Hi all,
Technically I'm not a new BP member but I am a new Pro member...yea! :). I listened to Brandon Turner's webinar from last evening and decided to up my game (create my first post). I am super excited about becoming active in the world of real estate investing. I have listened to several of the podcasts, read blogs, and downloaded The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI and some of the other "how to" guides. I believe BP is an excellent resource for real estate investing unlike any other. There is sooooo much valuable information and great advice. I look forward to taking that first step in order to get that first deal under my belt.
