Hello BP,

First I just want to say thank you to everyone who contributes to this awesome site! I'm learning so much already. I'm 25 and have been reading and learning about real estate investing for a couple years. I'm very interested in wholesaling, rentals, and flips.

Just starting out in the real estate world. I would love to talk to and meet more experienced flippers/investors in the Buffalo/WNY region. 

Will help/work for free, trying to learn general knowledge.
