Starting advice?
Hey everybody!
Im pretty new to real estate! A little about me, 19 years old, live in the Olympia area. I have wanted to be an entrepreneur my entire life! The end goal, of course, is commercial real estate. (apartment complexes / mixed use) I have read a lot of the Rich Dad material. Of course I have no money but a spirit to learn and tend to learn quickly. I have thought of wholesaling to start out. Its a good start to a good year, and I would like to jump in!
Looking for good advice to where I could start? Maybe a hint of motivation to continue my pursuit? Stated above I want to get into multi-family. Anyone been in the boat before? Maybe someone that invests in the Olympia area.
