Hi Everyone - NYC & Washington DC
Hi Everyone. I am a newbie real estate investor (and professional financial analyst) looking to network and learn as much as possible about the business. I'm currently located in Manhattan, NY; however, I am originally from the Washington, DC area. Although not yet the savviest of Real Estate Investors, my husband and I currently own a cash flowing rental property in DC. Our goal is to move back to the DC area and rehab our 1st property within the next year.
BiggerPockets seems like an awesome place to learn about many aspects of the business, share ideas, and meet like-minded people. I'm beyond excited to be a part of this community. See you all around the forums!

Have a buddy who filled a 3 family for an out of state owner with students 10 beds she takes $100 a month off the top for each bed. She is making $1,000 a month on a property she doesn't own nor manage.
