Hey BP Community!
My name is Chris. I am a 24 year old college grad with a BS in Criminal Justice. Faith, family, and selflessness are 3 words that describe how I prioritize my life. I am passionate about travel and the outdoors and I am constantly planning my next trip (Although, sometimes affordability is in question) . I enjoy being with people who bring light to the surface. I currently work for the City of Chesapeake as a Corrections Officer. I work 13 days a month and have plenty of time to spend on investing while still maintaining my current job as a safety net. Ideally, however, I'd like to migrate to bigger and better things and to make Investing a full time gig. Not looking for a get rich quick scheme, just looking to be debt free and own my own home before I turn 30. I have been doing my research on REI for some time now, but basically haven't had the guidance or courage required to get myself started. I joined BP in hope that I can link up with some good folks who have been in my shoes (motivated, yet confused) and to gain as much knowledge as I can while providing any assistance to professionals in my area. Mentors, coaching, etc.; Just looking for some good insight and opportunities to get my feet wet. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! My goal for this year is to close at least 4 residential properties before 2016. All the Best!
