Hey all!! My name is Miguel and I've been a Police Officer for the last 8 years, approximately 3 years ago, after watching too many infomercials and attending a few free seminars, I decided to give Real Estate Investing a go, luckily I never bought into the whole Guru idea and therefore I was never a victim. I began to dabble in Real Estate Wholesaling, through networking I was lucky enough to find a mentor who took me under his wing and taught me the business from the inside out. I've been involved in quite a few rehab deals and a few wholesale deals here and there. I feel as though my efforts have recently plateaued; I'm hoping to gain momentum once again by networking and building relationships with other like minded individual on this forum.
