Hello BP Members, My name is Adam Rickard and I am an aspiring investor in the Columbia, SC area. I have always had an interest in real estate. I remember when I was in elementary school a friend of mine told me his parents bought houses, fixed them up, and then sold them. Even back then I thought that would be something I would like to do. The thought of flipping houses never left my mind, but I had never really given it serious thought until recently. I started researching REI and stumbled across this site. I am excited to be here and learn from all of the experienced investors, and hopefully one day contribute knowledge as well.
