Newbie from Manchester, CT
Hi my name is Zandra Thomas from Manchester CT. I've listened to a ton of podcasts and read many posts. A big THANK YOU to the BiggerPockets team, this is a great resource for all investors at all levels. I currently do not own any investment properties at this time. I intend to purchase a few before year's end. My J.O.B. is in the Facility Management field. I am a Space Planner for two properties of a Pharma corporation. I also have career experience in commercial architecture and contract furniture. I held a real estate license for a couple of years --- sold 1 house and listed a few. Right now I am interested in creating enough passive income to of course quit my job and run my real estate empire :-) full time. My goal is to eventually invest in large apartment complexes.
I look forward to meeting new friends here, gaining some knowledge and helping other fellow investors as well...

@Zandra Thomas I am not a member of CT REIA, but we do have a monthly meetup of biggerpockets members in the Hartford area. The past meetups have been in Rocky Hill.
They are organized by @Account Closed & @Stephen Quesnel and have had 30-40 or so people attend them. Great for networking as well.
