New to real estate investing.  Looking specifically for my first ABC transaction within the next 30 days.  Hopefully, this will be the first of many in the future.  Looking to invest in areas in and outside of California (Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Utah and Florida).  Also looking to invest in income properties outside of California in (Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, and Florida). Interested in purchasing Tax Liens as well.
