Hi everyone,

I wanted to start off on BP with a "hello" and a short introduction.  

After many years building new homes in Maryland I would like to move towards the investment side of the coin.  I have a lot to learn but fortunately have a solid background in remodeling, new home building and design/cad work.

A big thank you for the pod casts, they are a wealth of information!
