Hey I'm Anton from Glastonbury,CT and I am an investor whom is looking to soak up additional knowledge from all the information and experience on this site . My goals over the next 12 to 24 months is to purchase 12 REO properties to flip and add some 6 unit plus units to the portfolio once I become more liquid. I have worked with developers and investors since 2005 as their insurance broker and have watched numerous deals come across my desk and insured numerous projects but never jumped into the mix. I decided that this is the year to finally move forward. Looking to network with other professionals , investors , HML's , realtors , and wholesalers and please use me as a resource with my insurance background and extensive work in the real estate game .
