Todd Bowen has scammed many individuals out of their money. He composes fraudulent documents from banks and title companies to convince people to invest money with him. He has no intention on paying any money back and will change his number after the deposit is made. He makes up excuses about personal life situations in order to avoid paying back the money. He is affiliated with a guy named Thomas Fox out of new New York that represent a company call first data Manhattan. They wine and dine you just to take your money. PLEASE do not invest a dime with this individual you will not get your money back. I have since contacted the FBI about Todd Bowen and awaiting results. He has a wife name Susie Bowen and has 2 young son's In which he uses them as a crutch on why he has not paid back your money. If you see or hear from him run far far away as fast as possible.
