Newbie from South Jersey
Greetings everyone!
My name is Aaron from Burlington County, NJ. I have been involved with real estate investing for approximately 6 years when I got involved in my first single family rental. There was alot of trial anderror which put a bad taste in my mouth. At the time, I was not focused on expanding my portfolio but have recently changed gears and have invested into another with a partner of mine who encouraged me to check out Bigger Pockets.
I have been quietly browsing the forums and soaking up the lessons learned. I appreciate what everyone has to contribute and hope to contribute myself.
I am a law enforcement officer and NJ National Guard Member. With 8 years of experience in both fields. I also own and operate a subpoena service company working for numerous lawyers, which has helped me learn a great deal of the real estate-related process. My national guard service has been in operations and logistics and has benefited my abilities as a project manager for our recent investment.
I look foward to flipping my first property in the near future and picking everyones brain in the process.
