I am relatively new to the real estate market. And was wondering if anyone on the fourm had any helpful advice for me on getting started in real estate. I'm currently unemployed but I've saved up $10,000,  what could I do with that amount of money if anything I would love somebody's opinion that will help me outa lot

The book on investing with no and low money down by Brandon turner would be a good place to start as well
