I am a real estate investor living in Anaheim Hills, CA. I own rental property in San Diego and Phoenix. For years, I have been hands on managing the rental property in San Diego but have grown to appreciate the benefits of a professional property. 

Since considering a 1031 exchange over the past year, I realized that I needed to do more research to be familiar with the process as well as rehabbing the existing properties. This lead me to the bigger pockets books and pod cast. These are both outstanding resources.
