What's up everyone!
I'm a young professional working in healthcare in all areas of Southern California and spending most of my time in San Diego and Los Angeles. At the moment I enjoy my career, but am hoping to take the plunge into real estate investing sometime this year. Of particular interest to me is investing buy-and-holds in out-of-state markets where cash flow returns may be better. And as a passionate traveler I wouldn't mind making a few business trips per year to some of my favorite cities: Las Vegas, NYC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Miami, Denver. Hello BP!
