Los Angeles, that is. I am a cinematographer currently working in film / television and commercials. I actually love my job and don't want to "quit" but would like to build my portfolio to the point where I can be more particular about the projects I take on.  I am  interested in investing out of state and am currently focusing on Texas.

I started out by buying a piece of property on an island in Panama of all places. We sold it to a surf tourism company who was building a surf camp nearby. That led to a home in Vegas and a home in Austin, TX. Currently looking to invest in sfh's and thanks to BP am now considering my first multi-family.

Looking forward to connecting with this awesome community! Cheers!

Very cool! I'm in LA too, in Venice, and my first investment ever was in Nicaragua of all places, and now I've only bought out-of-state properties since then. In Atlanta, but worked a lot with Texas properties.

Small world!
