My name is Nathan Wilkerson, and I am new to the Real Estate Field. I have a strong interest in learning to become an investor, and I am looking to be a bird dog in the Detroit Metro area to learn a few things, and make a little bit of money to get me started in the business. I currently attend Wayne State University, and I am in the Engineering Program. I am open to any opportunities, so if anyone has any advise for me or looking for a hand, I am happy to learn and share the experience with you.

hi @Nathan Wilkerson I recommend you set you keyword alerts to "Detroit" that way you can start networking with BP members in your area. Next step I would take is finding out local REI meet ups and find out which ones are good.
