Hello. I'm Jeff. I live in Madison, Wisconsin. I'm new to real estate investing. My experience with real estate is limited to buying a personal residence and selling it a few years later. I landed here while I was looking into the FHA 203k program--this was one of the few places with people who'd actually done it. Lurking a bit in different forums got me thinking about investing and wanting to learn more, especially about buy and hold rental properties. There's so much great information here that I feel like I'm getting smarter through osmosis.
