Hi everyone! Coming out of lurking status after the purchase elf my first investment property. It is a 2 unit multifamily that already had tenants. Thanks to all fro sharing their ideas, experiences and knowledge. Look forward to collaborating with other investors. I am already planning my next purchase utilizing a VA loan house hack. Any and all suggestions welcome.
