Newbie from Hayward, CA

Hey All! My name is David Echeverria and am currently living in Hayward, CA. I am totally new to REI, and am looking to make some connections with people in the area to perhaps learn from as I get started and to develop symbiotic relationships to build wealth. My family and I live in a townhouse style condo, that we have been considering turing into a rental when we can afford to move. I'd like to have a couple streams of passive income with rental properties and do some flipping, but I'm not sure where to start. I look forward to learning more here on BP and hope I'm able to meet some of you local investors soon.
