Hello BP--I'm Justin Marshall and am new to real estate investing. I've been reading books, blog posts, and anything else I can get my hands on lately to learn all I can about REI. I've also become addicted to the BP podcast in the last few weeks. I work full time as a project manager for a construction company in Lexington, KY. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a civil engineering degree and love to cheer on the cats every chance I get.
My long term goal is to generate enough passive income from real estate to support my family. I'm also interested in rehab/flips but still trying to figure out how to do it while holding a very full time job.
I'm excited to join the community and network with other investors to expand my knowledge and capabilities.
