just getting started in metairie, LA.
Hi my name is Scott Gieseler. I am 23 y/o and was born and raised in metairie, Louisiana. Last September my father and I bought our first duplex in kenner for $80,000 that was appraised at $90,000 (before we put a lot of work into it). Both sides were rented out before we could put the for rent sign up. One side is renting for $750 the other is at $700. I'm am here looking to network with investors in my area that could help us grow in knowledge so that we could be more successful. I look forward to meeting new people and helping this community out as much as I can.
