New in Lake Worth, FL !
Hi!
I've been lurking the forums and listening to the podcasts for the last month or so and have finally decided to join BP officially.
I'm 24 and am brand new to the world or RE & REI. My boyfriend works for a general contractor. He met a nice retired couple currently investing in Palm Beach County who planted the seed and suggested starting young.
Needless to say, I was inspired and have set my first goal to invest in a du/triplex that I will personally occupy and rent in 2016 when my current lease ends. That gives me some time to really educate myself and continue to prepare financially. I'm so excited to network, grow, and eventually share knowledge and success here on BP!
