My son has actually encouraged me to visit this site. I have been a professional Real Estate broker in NY since the early 80's. I raised 3 kids while having a successful brokerage business. As I had promised myself, when the oldest turned 13, I turned my focus to investing to give me more flexibility to spend time with my kids. They are all grown now, the oldest is in business with me, and I have again started to broker, as well as continuing to aquire and manage. I now with a focus on commercial properties, mixed use and multi-families. I have a lot of life learned experience and I am happy to share...there is plenty for us all!!
