Hello Biggerpockets,
My name is Zachary S. Harrell and I have been working in commercial real estate for approximately 2 years now. I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to work for my father who owns his own small boutique commercial real estate service firm. I specialize primarily in retail and restaurant leasing, acquisition/disposition and redevelopment.
I've spent a decent amount of time listening to the biggerpockets podcast and looking though topics on the forum, but finally decided to get more involved in the community to broaden my horizons and maximize my benefits from the site. I have only done brokerage to this point, however I hope to purchase my first investment property within the next year or so and realized that the information provided by this community who has been in my situation before is invaluable. Additionally I hope that through my experience as a broker I will be able to offer some insight and help others as well.
