Hello! My name is Jesse MacNeill and I am new to BP and just beginning my REI business. I have been the landlord of a SFR for 4+ years, but I've wanted to do more in RE for quite some time. I am looking to possibly get started as a wholesaler or a bird dog to gain experience. My goal is to acquire additional rentals in the future, but I realize that I have a lot to learn about the business. I'd love to partner with others in any capacity that will help me grow, and I welcome all advice.

I’m excited to learn more and look forward to speaking with everyone from BP. Thanks for all of the amazing content you share here! I've been combing through the forums/posts for information, and have also tuned in to a few webinars so far. Super Stoked!

@James Wise Bought it as my primary residence. Never really planned it as an investment in the beginning though. Did a ton of work on the place. Added sq.ft., upgrades, etc. Finally decided to move and rent it out. The priority was putting my kids in a better school district. Fortunately, the initial purchase price was great. Which is why it cashflows so well now.

@Chaz Reid Thanks. I really appreciate the offer to help & connect!
