Hi!  I'm new to BiggerPockets and the real estate investing business as a whole.  In October, I left a 15 year HR career in the banking industry to pursue my dream of wealth creation through real estate.  I've recently completed my first flip and am looking for my next rehab project and a buy and hold.  Any tips are greatly appreciated!
