Hello BP,

New to BP and looking to connect, learn and earn!

I moved from NY to NC. Have nearly 20 years experience as a landlord multifamily dwelling in NY. Starting over in NC and feel like a fish out of water and more than a tab bit overwhelmed. Have recently joined some REI meetups in the Triad area.

Interested in buying single and multifamily rentals and doing flips in the NC and NYC areas.
