An Introduction
Hey, BP members!
My name is Kevin. I'm a novice property owner and manager from Seattle, Washington. I came to own my first rental property by chance, rehabbed it myself, and now I manage it. Anyway, I really enjoy it and my goal is to make a living through buy-and-hold investments. Right now I'm just hitting the books, but soon I'll be ready to make my first deal. Wish me luck!
