newbie in Las Vegas
Hello Amazing BP REIs!
I moved to Las Vegas just before the market downturn, from the SF Bay Area. I had just finished an internship at Coldwell Banker, but didn't get the license. I have worked regular W2 jobs with minor savings and went through that, staying afloat through the recession.
During the recession, I was laid off 5 times. Now, I speak to thousands of Agents and a few investors, each month from around the country and am amazed and inspired at the incomes they generate. That scent of "Freedom" is potent and I have worked for enough employers to know there is a limit, an end to how far you can go in income and professional fulfillment.
You might say I have a persistent, recurring dream of the road less travelled...to wealth and stewardship. Ready to work hard again, I'm here to learn and earn the way to this goal. Watching Brandon's video, I got the impression that BP was a credible,straightforward community of experienced, candid RE investors. I stumbled upon BP, on a search for REI wisdom. Imagine that
