New Investor from Salem Oregon
Hello BP Family,
My name is Ben Wright and I currently own a gym in Keizer, OR called The Edge and I am previously a mortgage broker and financial planner. I have flipped 2 homes over the last 6 years nothing special and very little profit but experience all the same.
I am looking to get in to real estate investing full time and I'm looking to learn. I don't expect anything for free so I am definitely willing to listen, learn, build and share in the profits. We have 5 kids total, 2 in college, 1 in high school and 2 in elementary school. Can you see my motivation here.
Anyhow it's nice to be a new investor and BP member and I look forward to meeting you all into near future. BTW, I am extremely interested in Wholesaling to get my feet wet but long term want to buy and hold for passive income. My goals is to make 100K this year, 250K next year and build a portfolio of 100 Properties and complete 100 deals over the next 5 years.
