Newbie from Santa Barbara, CA (moving)
Well, I'm a newbie from Santa Barbara, CA. I am a 23 year old graphic designer looking to buy a first home to live in, fix up and eventually sell for profit. I'm looking to move soon as my girlfriend is graduating next month and were trying to get a fresh start in the Thousand Oaks/Orange County area of California. With my design backgound and her marketing degree, hopefully we can turn real estate investment and selling into a more frequent endeavor. Great to be here!
