Afraid but not paralyzed!

Hello,

Im new to BP. I have no idea what im doing but im here.  I have been interested in real estate for a few years but lacked the knowledge.  Im still learning what to do and im at the point where I get ready to finish one book & someone recommends another.  My concerns are the same as any other newbie. I want to be weathy and im willing to get there by being smart & not desperate. I hope to grow into succss right before your very eyes!!!
